Mountain Aviation is seeking a Records and Compliance Associate. This is a great starting position in the company in that you will see, touch, and feels many aspects of the entire corporation.
The Compliance and Records Associate participates as a member of a team responsible for the personnel training and Human Resources records. Provides superior customer service while maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel. Performs any or all of the essential functions for onboarding/in-processing, record completion, release of information and/or centralized processing.
Processing record information according to job specific essential functions and role.
Assist in in-processing and indoctrination of employee personnel.
Incoming telephone calls are answered and appropriate follow through is done in a timely manner.
Utilizes e-mail and may do data entry onto an Excel spreadsheet.
Achieves consistent quality performance and meets the quality standard as defined by the department manager.
Other duties as assigned.
May use different scanning processes depending on types of documents (batch scanning and media manager scanning).
Follow established procedure to confirm receipt of paper generated documentation.
