As a Program Manager for Mountain Aviation, you will be responsible for driving day to day execution and project management for multiple initiatives. This role partners closely with a number of teams including Sales, Maintenance, Finance, and Customer Service to provide a world class product to our internal and external customers.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Mastery of customer contracts, and ability to manage and execute programs in accordance with the contracts, including transmittal of contract status to customers with KPIs.
Serve as end-to-end expert on contract management to internal and external customers; focal point of contract execution.
Create weekly status reports for key stakeholders; monthly status reports for customers; support quarterly meetings.
Perform regularly scheduled audits to maintain quality and decision accuracy
Create and maintain process documentation and materials for workflows
Suggest ways to improve and streamline processes in order to create a scalable architecture.
Assist CEO and CFO with proposal management and execution.
4+ years program or project management experience or similar
Competency with Excel and other MS programs required, including Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to translate complex technical terms and processes into easy-to-understand language for a variety of audiences
Extremely detail-oriented & thorough, with ability to understand the “big picture” and business strategy behind business rules
Strong analytical skills. Ability to review data with accuracy, complete audit processes and test accuracy of business rule applications
Experience partnering with cross-functional groups
Leadership and proven ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
