Program Manager - Aircraft Management

As a Program Manager - Aircraft Management for Mountain Aviation, you will be responsible for driving day to day execution and project management for multiple initiatives. This role partners closely with a number of teams including Sales, Maintenance, Finance, and Customer Service to provide a world class product to our internal and external customers.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Mastery of customer contracts, and ability to manage and execute programs in accordance with the contracts, including transmittal of contract status to customers with KPIs.
  • Serve as end-to-end expert on contract management to internal and external customers; focal point of contract execution.
  • Create weekly status reports for key stakeholders; monthly status reports for customers; support quarterly meetings.
  • Perform regularly scheduled audits to maintain quality and decision accuracy
  • Create and maintain process documentation and materials for workflows
  • Suggest ways to improve and streamline processes in order to create a scalable architecture.
  • Assist CEO and CFO with proposal management and execution.


Experience in aircraft management of turbine-powered aircraft in a Part 91/135 hybrid environment highly preferred.

  • 4+ years program or project management experience or similar
  • Competency with Excel and other MS programs required, including Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex technical terms and processes into easy-to-understand language for a variety of audiences
  • Extremely detail-oriented & thorough, with ability to understand the “big picture” and business strategy behind business rules
  • Strong analytical skills.  Ability to review data with accuracy, complete audit processes and test accuracy of business rule applications
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional groups
  • Leadership and proven ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Positive attitude that contributes to Mountain Aviation internal culture; a refusal to fail, and a desire to grow into increasing roles of responsibility within a growing organization.
