Schedule: This is a part-time entry-level position - 20-30 hrs per week.  Must be available Monday-Friday   &  some weekends/holidays as we are a 24/7  X  365 operation.

$14/hr 

Position Summary

The Part Time Front Office Concierge is responsible for all aspects of communication; both via phone/email correspondence and in person. This position encompasses aspects of Administrative Assistant, Owner Services, Aviation Dispatch, and Crew 
Logistics duties to create a comprehensive role within Mountain Aviation focused on customer service and enhancing the guest experience. This position is the midpoint contact between our high net-worth Owners, Clients, their representatives, and the Customer Support Group also known as Flight Operations.  The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and a knack for anticipating others' needs are essential personal qualities for the Front Office Concierge who will be joining us part-time. We hope this position will lead to tremendous growth for both you and our company!

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain a culture of total customer service focused on anticipating our Clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Responsible for receiving all calls to Mountain Aviation and distributing to parties accordingly.
  • Greeting guests for flights and corresponding with line services to ensure prompt reception of the guests.
  • Greeting and directing guests when they arrive at Mountain Aviation ensuring that they have signed in and received a visitor badge (if applicable) and the appropriate parties notified of their arrival.
  • Maintains a professional appearance & attitude which represents company culture and values
  • (manicured nails, professional wardrobe, polished hair-do, proper greetings)
  • Maintaining stock for the lobby and restroom areas; includes shopping for supplies, restocking areas when needed, checking expiration dates for expired products, checking areas for cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Process packages, faxes, messages and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinating company events and employee birthday celebrations.
  • Develop a working relationship with all Mountain Aviation Pilots and the Customer Service Group (CSG).
  • Assisting CSG with daily functions including but not limited to; catering, vehicle rental/ car services, hotels, etc.
  • Participate and contribute to daily operations meeting.
  • Utilize computer systems and programs to perform job duties to include but not limited to FOS, Flight Explorer, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assist the Crew Logistics Coordinator with booking travel
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities we expect of you after training is complete:
  • General knowledge of aviation, customer service, corporate aircraft types, military time, and the phonetic alphabet.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and teamwork skills.
  • Solid computer skills, proficient in MS Office software
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work as a team member while meeting individual performance goals
  • Possess a natural eagerness to learn
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and demonstrate the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to show up on time (depending on day’s Flight Schedule)
  • Ask for guidance on projects before spending money & time

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed (or working towards) an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Tourism, or related field. 
  • World Class, guest focused, customer service
  • Availability M-F from 11 am to 4 or 5 pm + Some weekends and Holidays 

Work Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a reception/office setting with prolonged periods of sedentary activity
  • Required flexible work schedule to accommodate business influx (Includes: weekdays, evenings, and weekends).
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds
